Are you trying to figure out how you can track and measure your Facebook success?
Did you know you can do this right from your Facebook page? If you’re an administrator for a page, you sure can! Here it is, short and sweet in 3 easy steps:
Step 1: Navigate to your Facebook Page, then go to the left side of your screen and look for the Insights box. Click the “See All” link as shown below:

Step 2: When the “Export” option appears, click it. And guess what?!? You can even export the analytics to Excel! Yay!
Step 2: Click the Export Button
Step 3. Select the date range you would like to export from the calendar menu’s as shown in the image below. Then click “Download.”
Step 3: Select Dates and Export Option, then Download
The rest is gravy. Now, it would be sweeeeeet if Facebook would open the analytics up for automatic monitoring for property management groups with multiple properties from a single admin account! Let’s cross our fingers that Facebook will lighten up a little and become more business-friendly.
A few of the insights Facebook tracks include:
- Daily Stream Impressions
- Daily and Monthly Active Users
- Daily and Lifetime Likes
- Daily Logged-in Page Views (Total and Unique)
- Daily Comments, Discussion Posts, Wall Posts and Videos
